During that ratha-yātrā period, Jagannatha’s cart stopped there in front of Bhaktivinoda Thakura’s residence for three days; it couldn’t move. For three days it stopped. So Bhaktivinoda Thakura’s wife, Bhagavati Devi went up to Jagannatha’s cart with her child, Bimla Prasad. When she put the child on the cart, one prasādī-mālā from the neck of Jagannatha fell on the child. That is another symptom that how he got the kṛpā of Lord Jagannatha. That is another symptom that he will become such a great mahātmā.
